My best friend and I decided to take a 1 day trip from Charlotte to Chicago JUST to experience this spa. I saw it on Tik Tok and wanted to do this for my birthday. Everything was better than I’d imagined. We did the Himalayan Salt Ritual and it was hands down THE best! Relaxing in the different thermal baths was truly an experience. The flotarium was my favorite one. The aromatic saunas really cleansed my body and opened up my sinuses. This place was amazing. If you’ve ever thought about going, think no longer and book your reservation!

AIRE Ancient Baths in New York was an absolutely incredible experience from beginning to end! The atmosphere is beautiful, peaceful, and feels like a complete escape from the city. The variety of baths was amazing, from the hot and warm thermal baths to the cold plunge, saltwater Floatarium and the hydrotherapy jets.
