Making an appointment was extremely efficient via phone and the receptionist I spoke with was very clear about the available appointment times as well as the consult fee. All of the personnel I encoutered during my visit were nothing but friendly and laid back. Nurse Heena was so kind and has great bedside manner. Dr. Shelton suggested another Dr. For me to see for another consult and was extremely knowledgable, polite, and clear about his thoughts. As someone who has zero experience in the medical field, it was great to have him explaining any medical jargon and it made me feel more confident in the information he was relaying.

==2023 Update== Beauty is only skin-deep but when you need a serious dermatologist, Dr. Cindy Bae is here to provide medical procedures as well. I had multiple medical issues with my skin and needed growths removed, Dr. Bae who saw me immediately and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. She performed the procedures expertly and provided aftercare. Thank you Dr. Bae for taking good care of me.
