Most amazing experience. I called at about 4 o'clock in the morning after putting everything I owned in plastic bags, convinced I had a bedbug infestation. Not only did Luis answer promptly, but he showed up less than 6 hours later and - at my request - pretty much turned my apartment upside down looking for any signs of infestation. He was UNBELIEVABLY thorough. He even checked rooms that I wasn't worried about to give me peace of mind. On top of that, he was so kind, funny, and non-judgmental.
