Joann is absolutely fantastic! She has such a healing energy to her and knows what she's doing with acupuncture and massages. I've been several times and would recommend her to anyone. She's prompt and does a great job with her scheduling. She's also very friendly & approachable. Location: Basement level on 57th street near The Watson Hotel. Nothing fancy- but it works for me. Joann did such a great job with me! I can't wait to schedule another session with her. She was very patient with me and attended to all my need. She makes sure she got to all the root of my pain and left me feeling stressed free at the end of the session. Her environment is clean and neat and she take her time to explain everything, before she starts the session. Joann is the best and I don't know what I would have done if I had never had meet her! Joann has extensive knowledge and expertise. This combined with her caring personality and warm nature truly comes across with her patient care and service. I received varying treatments for different concerns and found them to be extremely helpful and effective. For example, I had neck pain for a year and one treatment returned my range of motion and eliminated the pain. I recommend Joann in a heartbeat. She’s the best!
