About 92NY
92NY is a reputable organization that offers a range of activities and services. The outdoor pool area is a popular spot for birthday parties, with staff providing excellent communication and ensuring the safety and enjoyment of children. The box office team is also praised for their courteous and helpful service, going above and beyond to resolve complicated issues. The facility itself is beautiful and centrally located. However, there have been some mixed experiences with classes, with one reviewer expressing disappointment with an oil painting for absolute beginners class, citing a lack of instruction and poor use of teaching time. Despite this, the reviewer is still interested in trying other classes and is willing to give the organization another chance. Overall, 92NY appears to be a reliable and welcoming venue with a commitment to customer service.

When I reached out to the center about the scheduling confusion, I was forwarded...read full review
The gymnastics is great with the teachers. HOWEVER was racially profiled walking to the locker room (9 pm today) and was stopped and told to tell them where I’m going while I had to go to the locker room and was wearing wrist band and others after me were let through without a second look. The custodian and front desk showed their prejudice. Then was followed by custodian to said locker room.
