They need to follow wash instructions and follow through with delivery day/time-range agreements. My clothes are snug even though I haven’t gained weight which means theyve been drying them on higher heat even though I’ve sent instructions for my clothes to be low heat. And my clothes got dropped off a day later than agreed.

We absolutely love using Vails Gate Cleaners for our dry cleaning needs. Their pick up and delivery service is so user-friendly. They have your entire order back to you the next day! Everything comes back in immaculate condition, every time. Never a blemish, never an issue. And as if that isn’t enough, their pricing is fantastic. If you prefer to drop off and pick up, that’s super convenient too because they have so many locations, with great hours of operation. They also handle restoration of various items which is not something every cleaner does. This is a gem of a family owned local business and I’m so happy we discovered them and their top notch services!
