Sarah S. Helgeson, OD, and her team provide a wonderful experience for patients from the first point of contact through the entire visit. The staff, including Tara at the front desk and Troy Lynn, the optometrist, are known for their kindness, respect, and professionalism. Dr. Helgeson herself is highly intelligent and skilled, with a humble and personable demeanor. She has demonstrated her expertise by recognizing potential health issues that other specialists may have missed. Dr. Helgeson and her team are particularly adept at working with children, making them feel comfortable and secure throughout their visit. The team is commended for their excellent customer service, patience, and attentiveness to ensuring a correct fit of glasses. Patients appreciate the dynamic and wonderful experience provided by the team and highly recommend them.
I had a horrible experience with a local office and Dr. Helgeson and Tara were just absolutely amazing! They are always pleasant and Dr. Helgeson impressed me greatly. I would reccomend her highly.
The experience @ Dr. Helgeson's office was a rare breath of fresh air from what I expect from a Dr's office. From my first phone call, the staff (specifically Tara) was super helpful and made the whole process easy. Dr. Helgeson herself was amazing with the bedside manners, and super friendly to myself and my child. All in all, everyone was amazing.
Dr. Helgeson and the entire staff provide a wonderful experience from start to finish. My entire family have been patients for years and we have always been treated with the utmost respect and kindness. Dr. Helgeson is extremely intelligent and professional, yet humble and personable. A few years ago, my husband showed a minor issue on his eyes that Dr. Helgeson recognized as a sign that could be indicative of a more serious health issue.
