I called precision overhead garage service, and they immediately set up an appointment the same day. The technician came before the time scheduled and completed the job fast and professionally. I had a broken Garage Door spring that he replaced. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them. They showed me various options on what to do but they were very expensive. The appointment was straight-forward to book and I was kept informed as to the status of the tech ‘s arrival. The tech, Jesse, was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and communicated clearly. He identified and explained the issue and gave me the price to fix it. He repaired the issue in about 20 minutes. I would definitely call them again.
