Their hours say 7am. I showed up at 7:10 and waited until 7:25. Lights were still off and door locked. When time is of the essence and you rush there to not be late to work it is very upsetting to say the least. Horrible and very unreliable.

Twice I went to pick up my dry cleaning after the pickup date & time on the ticket and was told it was not there. After the first time, I dropped it off a week and a half before and had it scheduled to be picked up 8 days later, in time for my event, and still was not able to pick up my suit and dress before the event. Staff is completely casual in saying “it isn’t here” and do not care at all. Do not expect your items to be ready when you are told they will be. If you do plan on using them, drop off and plan to pick up way in advanced. Definitely will not be using them for my next event.

The service here is consistently terrible. Clients deal with the passive aggressive approach because the prices are competitive. They don’t care about there customer or their business. They respond we have been here for over twenty years
