Can’t call this just a haircut as honestly it was a whole experience. From start to finish Edwin was extremely professional and not only listened to exactly what I wanted but delivered as well! I was recommended by a friend to come here. Chris was my barber & I booked The Gentleman’s Exclusive as a late birthday gift for myself. I could tell it was different from the pics because I have never seen a barber wearing a suit to work. It was hot out and as I came in I was greeted with an offer of bottled water & drinks if I wanted them. The treatments were extensive. Hot towels, cold towels, face mask, straight edge razor, gels of different types on my face & beard, face/scalp/ shoulder massage etc. It felt as though he really cared about his craft. The experience the attention to detail, everything was above and beyond definitely worth it! Hugo and the staff made my first experience in New Rochelle a dream. The comfort & customer service they presented brought me back to my first professional haircut. It's rare to have moments like these, the relaxation the quality they brought was astounding! I look forward to more experiences at the gentleman's lab! They gave me the best haircut and beard facial in years. God bless everyone there! Definitely get any of the packages they have!
