Exceptional Service
I visited Raymond Opticians today to have my Ray-Ban prescription glasses repaired. I was assisted by Jessica, who was not only efficient and helpful but also incredibly kind. She even put on background music to make me feel comfortable as a customer—and needless to say, she chose just the right genre and song! The shop, with what seems to have a wide selection of frame brands, happens to be beautiful. Jessica and the rest of the staff certainly made my Friday extra special.

I cannot say enough good things about Raymond Opticians in New Rochelle. The staff was absolutely lovely—so friendly, professional, and attentive.
I came to them after dealing with an issue for months that no one else seemed able to resolve. They took the time to carefully assess everything, and in no time, they had it all sorted out. Their expertise and dedication truly set them apart.

Top Notch Service from the moment you walk in. I was greeted by an enthusiastic staff. Jessica was knowledgeable, she answered all of my questions from A to Z. She helped me pick out the perfect frame within my budget. I did not feel rushed. I observed Chris and Aislinn assisting other customers with a smile. Dr. Collins was very helpful and informative as well. She took her time with me and was very thorough. The facility was nice and clean. They have a great selection of frames. Great location. I will definitely return.
