Planned Parenthood - New Rochelle Center

Friend of mine went here and doc said they would send nausea medicine to the pharmacy, she even has paperwork stating so… She goes to the pharmacy the next day and they only have an ibuprofen script. So she calls planned parenthood back (on 11/27/24 the day after she was seen) to see why theres no nausea medicine and they were extremely rude on the phone refusing to help called her sir claimed she was a man and then hung up on her stating call back another time so she was throwing up for 2 days straight because these scumbags answering the phones are worthless pieces and have no customer service skills or respect for people in pain.

I went to PP for the first time ever and I was extremely impressed with everything. From the friendliness to how helpful the nurse and doctor were. Everything was easy peasy and I felt super comfortable.

I have worked in the medical field and never turned people away. I got here a couple of minutes because it was raining and there was traffic. The receptionist refused to sign me in. Her and the medical assistant said they were short staffed and were not going to see me. Will not come back here.
