Helen is my nail tech these days (she’s awesome), but I’ve been with jojo as well. Everyone here is amazing with nails and making your acrylics look natural. They also are boss with nail designs. I just show them a pic of what I want and it’s done! They have never said they can’t do something. I’ve also had my nails done by Vi and he does an amazing job too! They have an appointment system online. I’ve never had to wait to be seen. The facilities are clean and I’m in and out in an hour. Overall, I am very happy with my experience here

I took my sister for powder manicure, Paula was her technician, she literally ruined her natural nails when removing the powder (by drilling not by soaking ?) to the point my sister have to tell her to stop that she was hurting her. The issue in this place is the lack of management, My sister was so upset that she was leaving and they all were acting like nothing was happening, but they all notice it plus I went and complained trying to get a solution. Some of the technicians are good other are not, but the lack of management; it’s like everyone works independently; not guidance when you get there, you just enter and go to whoever you like to do your nails.

The problem with this place is, they have TRIED to convert over to making appointments online but there really is no system. God forbid if you forget who ur appointment is with they have no system to see who you have an Appointment with ,well at least when the owners aren't there the workers have no clue. They are rude in their delivery when speaking to people, which makes you not want to spend your hard working money with them. The owner and his wife are pleasant but their workers in the front aren't. I made a appointment for 5:30 was still waiting at 5:51. What is the use of making anappointment? I eventually walked out and decided not to spend my money where I'm tolerated...read full review
