This place does not do good nails. I’m not a picky person but every time I have gotten tips from here they weren’t shaped right and they also were painted bad to where I had to ask them to fix something. I’m writing this review today because I went back to get my painting fixed because my gel chipped after 2 days the lady has me waiting over 45 min I asked her nicely does she kno who long it will take she told me she don’t know have a seat and don’t leave because they closed in a hour and half. So you know what time you close but don’t know how long before you can repaint 3 nails. She was very rude about it don’t go there. Not it at all !

I don't know if they recently had a change in management but they need help with their professionalism. I just went to get a gel manicure and they did not want to listen and were incredibly rude (started raising voice). I asked the lady to make sure to cover the entire nail in which she refused to do so and to file down the nail that was uneven. She became incredibly hostile and refused to allow another person to do my nails as I informed her that I wasn't happy. Please be careful when attempting to visit this place.

Normally I get seen right away but today I waited over an hour, this review isn’t based on the wait time as I understand they were understaffed it’s more because of the experience I received today. This place management must have changed I’ve been going here for over 2 years and I never tip less than $30. The new worker here thought it was ok to have me wait and take an over sized Karen before me that just walked in. Yes I’m black and I could have easily caused a scene but it’s never that serious I’m better then that this oversized Karen tipped less then 10$ wow hope is was worth it afterwards.
