I found the owner to be very standoffish during the discovery phase. I felt he wasn't listening to what my needs were. Therefore, I decided that he was not the person I needed on this. Hope your experience is better....good luck!!

Refused to come back when I noticed his work in my apartment setting up my washer dryer wasn't complete - turns out he forgot to attach the dryer to the drain. A mistake that took me a little while to notice as the water wasn't coming to the front of the machine where I could notice it at first. Floor and wall were damaged as a result. Don't use.
