Their team is timely, diligent, and efficient, completing jobs within one day, even in a heat wave. The finished garage floors look fabulous, like a showroom, and completely transform the space. Epoxy Joe Pro is excellent throughout the entire renovation, committing to timely completion and providing expert opinions on color choices and lighting to make projects cohesive. Only reason for 4stars instead of 5 stars is because his crew was always running late- by many hours.
That is not fair to the customer, who has to wait several hours to find out they are a no show and the day is blown.
I understand that all contractors have multiple jobs and are juggling them and want to keep each customer started so they do not hire another person.
Please try to be more respectful of the customer’s time - we also work!
Reached out to have my garage floor epoxied. Joe immediately responded, provided me with a great quote and provided all the necessary documents that are required by my cooperative. The appt. was made, the guys were timely and they worked diligently in a heat wave. They were done in 4 hours and my garage floor looks fabulous. I highly recommend Epoxy Joe.
