We just had Almstead out to clear some trees and do some pruning at our property near Riverdale in The Bronx. The head arborist came out to assess our situation and gave us excellent advice (and the best price estimate that we received).When it came time to do the work, the arborist was there to personally instruct the team in the morning. We were so impressed with the professionalism and skill of the crew who took great care to protect our building and leave the place tidy. They went well beyond what was required in the estimate and did some extra pruning just because they had the time.We had a great experience with Almstead and would hire them again.

This was the second time I used Almstead. After Marisa the arborist walk the property with me it went smooth. The foreman Brian came on time and acted very professional and was a pleasure to work with. His crew was the same and when they were done you could not tell they were there. They had to do three tree removals and grind the stumps and it was perfectly raked and look like the trees were never there. I would recommend this company and the crew they sent me, Brian, Joe and Javier. I will use them in the future to maintain the all the trees in my yard .

We are very pleased with the service we received from Almstead Tree & Shrub Care. The salesperson, Jon was professional, knowledgeable and responsive. The crew that came to prune our shrubs were precise, polite and very clean. We plan to use Almstead in the future and would recommend them to anyone seeking similar services.
