I'm so happy to have found 5squares! It's been amazing to have freshly made meals - never frozen! - delivered straight to my door every day. The meals are delicious and the ingredients have been high quality. The packaging is awesome as it reduces the amount of single use and non-recyclable plastics used, and the cooler system makes the day's meals easy to bring to work. On top of that, I feel good about supporting a small local business. The website can be a little cumbersome to navigate, but the customer service is great and it's easy to reach the team via email if needed. having a stroke 5 squares got my blood pressure under control,help lower my cholestral , my sodium all the while eating delicious meals...........and i lost 35 lbs my children buy me a week or a month for all occasions that was 2 and half years and still maintaining thank God for Medicare and Monica

Great meals. Especially good for people with restricted diets. I can't eat dairy and my husband can't eat soy. I have a friend who is gluten free. We have all found a great variety of foods we can enjoy. I have been using 5 squares for years from before the pandemic. It got me through the pandemic and continues to be my major source of food. Thank you so much for making my life easier and tastier.
