We had a very disappointing experience here. It was very busy so we volunteered to come later, but they insisted it was fine- then they really rushed. I didn’t get a hand massage and my daughter didn’t get a foot massage. They also did a poor job with my nails. Would not recommend especially on a busy day. Maybe it’s good when they don’t feel rushed.
James is fantastic. If you can book with him, do! He cut my cuticles back spectacularly, which is something I feel like a lot of people leave lackluster. I just got an acrylic fill and repaint from him today (ghost nails). The lemon nails I believe were also done by him in 2022. He is great at details and following photos! James also knows enough English that it is fairly easy to communicate. 5 stars.

I got my nails done for the first time (gel builder) for graduation and they came out stunningly. Zhou did a fantastic job in following my found reference for a chrome soft gel tip extension. I highly recommend! The service was charged at a higher rate than I anticipated, but after 2.5 weeks later, I have the bare amount of chipping (thumb and index finger) on my dominant hand. I really love the chrome feature that the pink changes hues based on the light. The gold accents also complete the nail set and elevated the appearance to another level. I highly recommend for special occasions or if you'd like to treat yourself!
