I had many bags of clothes, bedding, pillows, previously stored clean in "premium vacuum" plastic bags in my storage unit. I am severely allergic to mildew/mold and chemicals odors to the point of becoming crippled by just a whiff — and when I opened the bags in my new home I was horrified! Most smelled of mildew. I knew if I washed them myself, I'd be in big trouble. I called New Paltz Express Laundry and spoke to Noel. She was so sweet and reassuring, saying they could sort, wash on the appropriate settings, (with their fragrance-free cleaning supplies or mine) and put them in fresh bags for me. She said, "Don't worry. Leave it to the experts!" Wow! So I filled my car and drove to town on a Friday afternoon, Noel carefully carried all the bags in for me, weighed them, and told me they'd be done in three days. To my surprise, when I returned a few hours later (I'd left my credit card which she had called me about), all of the laundry was done!!! She wanted to make sure it was done exactly as I needed it so got it all done right away! Then she loaded the heavy bags into my car for me. Many squeals of delight and hugs later, I arrived home with beautifully washed and folded enormous bags of clean laundry and a joyful warm heart from feeling so cared for! Incredible service. This was my first time at this establishment, so I cannot comment on the place or anyone else there yet, but I can say that Noel is a treasure and I will be back. ?✨?✨?

First time I’ve ever tried pick up service. Things have just been hectic lately, and I’ve been so busy. Got to the point that I was dressing as if I belonged to an indigenous group. I needed every bit of my laundry done asap while I worked. Easy peasy, signed up and bam. Fast, courteous, came home from work to it all clean and folded in less than 24 hours. Thank you so much!
To the woman who answered the phone when I called about their hours, thank you so much for being so polite. It really makes life so much better when you experience kindness.
