I had a great massage with Jeffrey yesterday. The pressure was perfect and I felt super relaxed afterwards. The woman at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!
Absolutely amazing. Cannot recommend the float enough. First time doing a float - the staff were very helpful with clear guidance. The float pool is larger than I anticipated and felt quite open. It really seems they have thought of everything to provide you with a wonderful and effortless experience. After 3 minutes of floating all I could think was how I could do this more often. After 8 minutes I no longer felt like I was on the same plane of existence - the world, reality, and gravity simply slipped away and I remained in state of pure blissful relaxation for the entirety of the float. This is my second time visiting Mountain Float Spa and once again, they did not disappoint. It was my sister's first time and I'm sure it won't be her last. I forgot how important self-care is. The second you walk in the door you are greeted with a warm welcome and the relaxation starts there.
The environment is very clean and very quiet. Francine did my massage and it was amazing. She knew exactly what areas to focus on and used the right amount of pressure. What I loved most about her was that she didn't talk through out my massage. She was gentle and kind. It didn't take me long to enter a meditative state in the float tub.... read full review
