I would say keep well away from this company. The owner just does not care about the work his guys do and hardly shows up on the site. He even did not want to do a final walk through to approve everything before getting final payment. He used sub-contractors that did a terrible job that involves ripping out everything they did and re-purchasing and reinstalling everything again to make it right and the owner is not willing to write a document to stand behind this and wants me to deal with the sub contractor myself. Stay far away from this company. The only thing the owner cares about Is getting his check. In fact, he wants it so bad he does not even check the work his guys have done, and when you make a complaint you then become the problem. He does not respect his workers and pays them well below what they deserve and takes advantage of their personal situations. He is just a talker and really Is not involved In anything except for tasking your money. I have work he did from over five years ago that he is yet to finish.
