Horrible experience with their staff. I got to my appointment at 9:10 am and at 10:50 am they called me in. Dr. Appelbaum is a great Neurologist but unfortunately staff is not.Tec that had to do my test was walking around and talking with other staff members and when I complained they decided to help me.Hopefully Dr can replace some of the staff members for a better customer service experience.

The only reason I am give two stars is because of the appearance of the office is clean and neat since they remodeled and moved location. Today I had a EEG scheduled at 9am I was told to sleep deprive myself for the exam. They charge you $25 if you are late for the appointment and you will be rescheduled. I am always on time for my appointments and arrived 15 minutes early only to be told that my appointment had been scheduled and they “left a message” they looked at my account and realized I was never called and apologized, however I have barely gotten any sleep, had to miss half a day at work, and they can’t schedule another appointment for 2 weeks.
