Dr. Scott Ubretzky is fenomenal! He is working very hard on my case which is not a common one. I was highly recommended by couple of doctors and a hospital to see him. For several months he is sending me to tests, makes my life easier and I am feeling safe following his medical advice. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The office in NHP is also amazing.

The team is great but I don't understand how an eye appt can make you wait 2 hrs to be seen. I thought the reason for appts was so you're seen as close as possible to that time. A follow up eye appt post surgery should not take over two hrs to even be seen. I understand consultations and primary visits taking long. The team is great but I'm loathe to recommend to anyone without warning them to set aside their entire morning or afternoon to be seen.

Two reasons I cannot recommend this place:Firstly, no one will answer your phone calls and you'll be redirected to the general OCLI call center, even if you are in need of an emergency.Secondly, they have a very rude nurse on staff who essentially told me I should just go blind instead of getting proper treatment for my eyes. I understand neural optometry is different from seeing an optometrist, but that level of rudeness is inexcusable, unhelpful, and downright disgusting. When I was there in person yesterday, this same nurse was telling off stroke victims. Very unprofessional, which ruins the professionalism of the rest of the staff and the doctor.
