This company is amazing! I called to get intouch with a lawyer for a free consultation, and was introduced to the 3rd party company handling calls for them. Hence, the reason for this review. I had the pleasure of speaking with Ivette, and Diego. Ivette was the CSR I initially spoke to, she was VERY kind, empathetic, sympathetic, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. She made me feel very important, and assured that my issue would be treated as urgent. She impressed me so much, I asked to do a survey or something for her.
