Initially I wanted to install two split units, but after discussing with John on his initial visit, I was convinced that it is to my advantage to install 6 units for the whole house. Start to finish, John and his team did an excellent job. John did all the paper work for PSEG approval and the whole project was completed within a month. His professional and sincere way of handling even the minute details need special mention. He is honest and can be trusted. His team treated us with respect. Installation and clean up was worry free and smooth. I highly recommend John and his team for anyone who is looking for a professional outfit for their needs.

I can’t praise Long Island AC enough. My dad was able to get an air conditioner from them through the HEAP program. When they called him to confirm, they were so sweet and even upped the AC to 8,000BTUs when he said he used to have problems with his old 5,000BTU unit cooling off the apartment.

Fast forward to the actual delivery and installation…everything was installed quickly and solidly. I waited three months after the installation before writing this review for Long Island Air Conditioning & Appliances, and I must say I am thoroughly impressed. From the initial proposal presented by John to the installation of a 4-zone Mitsubishi ductless unit in April, the experience has been exceptional. Waiting until July allowed me to gauge the efficiency and performance of the unit, and I can confirm that John recommended the perfect solution for my house.
