I went to get a keratin treatment. I called multiple times cause I had to change the date and time and they were always really friendly and able to change my appointment. My hair came out great, and the keratin is perfect. Not expensive at all either!
I have had several haircuts here and they were done well. The staff was courteous and friendly. My only complaint was that the manager or owner, not sure which, did not keep her face mask on at all times. It made me very uncomfortable for myself and the other people in the establishment. She obviously comes in contact with many people throughout the day and if she needs a mask break should go to a private room.
I went to Lakeville Hair for the first time yesterday after seeing other Yelp reviews and photos. Daniela colored, cut and styled my blonde hair beautifully! I'm very happy with it. They had COVID precautions in place and everything was clean and safe.
