Grego Ayur Massage is a hidden gem in New Hyde Park. They have managed to bring the traditional healing of Kerala all the way to New York, complete with healing oil, healing hands and a peaceful vibe.
Dr Shyla has a gift of healing and the community is blessed to have her. She is truly a healer in her spirit. I feel fortunate to have found this place. No need to spend thousands traveling to Kerala when we have a piece of Kerala tradition right here.

This was my first time having this type of massage and i loved everything about it. Dr. Matthews was very accommodating to my needs and comfort during the massage. The warm oil and strokes felt amazing on my skin and really helped improve my back and neck tension. The steam bath after was icing to the cake. I literally felt the toxins leaving my body. It also opened up my air ways. I now feel much lighter and can breath so much clearer. I will definitely be returning.

Absolutely loved my experience here! This was my first time trying this type of massage and it was the absolute best massage I've ever had. I even ended up taking a nap at some point! The steam bath after is an amazing plus! I highly recommended to anyone. I've done the basic massages and they don't even compare! Don't judge a book by the cover, may not look like the fanciest place but let me tell you, worth it!!!
