Maybe this is becoming a trend here. Several people all left negative reviews from yesterday. I called and got the same less than spectacular employee on the phone. “Yeah hello”… that’s the greeting you get on the phone. My request was rather simple. I happen to be in the area and didn’t have my ticket (but I did have the ticket number) with me and wanted to check if by chance it was ready. No big deal, right. Think again ! After giving my name, the ticket number, the contents of the order, and an explanation why I was dry cleaning hats (wool winter caps - not sure the mystery) the response I received was “what date does the ticket say?”. This place has the worse customer service. They advertise same day service" but I went there on a today-Tuesday and they said for one dress (sun dress) they can't return my dress until Saturday.. false advertisement and the cashier is very rude; also very expensive.

This place is called Green Tree Cleaners now. Service is fantastic. Prices are fair and comparable to other places. The tailoring is fantastic. They take care of the clothes and make sure your stuff is well taken care of.
