Carlos was great! He is personable and professional, he has great jokes while being very thorough. He came well prepared, walked us through everything, answered all our questions in a kind and considerate manner. He helped us hone in on exactly what our new home needs to get done and what could wait. He gave us tips as far as negotiating with the seller for some of the repairs. He used this very cool infra red camera to look for any water damage. His report was detailed and he got it back to us the next day. I would highly recommend him!

His inspection report was also thorough and well organized, helping us to easily identify short-term priorities and long-term action points alike. Recommended!
