Urgent Care at Slocum-Dickson provides prompt, personalized medical care for minor health problems. Despite experiencing increased wait times, the staff is always friendly, kind, and understanding. The doctors are knowledgeable and excellent, and the care is timely and professional. Patients appreciate the clear and concise post-visit instructions and the ability to get appointments with specialists in a short time. The facility emphasizes the importance of bringing medical insurance cards and IDs for identification and protection against lawsuits. Overall, patients have had positive experiences and would use the urgent care again if needed.
Scheduled an appointment for my daughter and got a message to check in at kiosk. After fighting with it for a while it never let me check in it just shows 2 other peoples names. After getting checked in and waiting in waiting room I proceeded to watch people after me experience the same issues with the kiosk. The one lady that got it to work then gave the receptionist a hard time about checking in because they had already used the kiosk. I don’t understand the point of checking in twice. Other than that our visit was well and the lady doctor who treated us was very kind.
All of the nurses are so nice, and all of the providers are very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Dr. Alinea is a fantastic doctor and a remarkable human being. Thank you to all the staff for what you do.
Definitely had a positive experience in this crazy healthcare world we live in. They went above and beyond with efficiency, professionalism and quality care. Shout out to Dr Gaetano for as always being a great provider! Thanks
