Would rate zero stars if possible. I brought my wedding dress there to be dry cleaned. When I got a call to pick it up I drove 40 minutes and they were closed dispite their website stating they would be open. When I went back when they were open to get my dress it had a huge rip in it. The lady working the counter was very nice and left a note for the owner. A few days later I got a call from the owner stating that I had cause the rip and it was like that when she got it even though I looked over the dress with the worker the day I dropped it off and there was nothing wrong with it other than some sort of the bottom edge. Never followed instructions about how to press my clothes, broke buttons of clothes , ripped tassels off a garment and refused to pay for damages, charges more to launder women’s shirts. So have ruined clothing, are rude, charge women more than men, and often make you pickup at a different location than where you dropped off.

I had two zippers replaced in a jacket and one in a pair of pants and they charged me $80. I thought that was very expensiveI told the person behind the counter to have the owner or manager call me back and they never did..
