What a great group of people working for a great company! They installed the pool at the hotel I was staying at and even though they didn’t have to, came back to check on it when the staff was not taking care of it! They fixed it and saved the hotel a potential future lawsuit from patrons (hotel did not follow guidelines for taking care of it). The hotel had to drain it and reset the chemical levels and royal pools construction went back and helped way more than the hotel deserved. If you are installing a pool they will make sure you are taken care of even after it’s looking perfect day 1!
