This is the second time her attention to detail has made a significant difference for me. She noticed changes in my scalp that my dermatologist had missed and urged me to get it checked. A year later, after a biopsy, I was diagnosed with CCCA. While the hair already lost cannot be restored, I’m grateful she saw what others didn’t and encouraged me to act.
Even something as simple as an itchy spot, she didn’t ignore it. She searched until she found a long ingrown hair and gently removed it.
My experience here was a 10/10! Came in for a curly cut and Ziggy was very thorough and asked me what I wanted and she made me feel so comfortable. Every step was explained and they taught me a lot as well and I will apply it going forward. The salon was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I will definitely be coming back! Ziggy gave me a flawless silk press with a perfect trim . It has been 4 days and my hair looks even better now then Saturday . I finally found a haidresser who understands what my hair needs and I’m a very pleased with the services. The places is super clean and neat and Messi is so adorable and nice .
