Joleen is fantastic at her craft!!! I go to her for extensions. She uses a fantastic technique that doesn’t damage your hair. She an expert at color matching and cutting. She does them in half the time as other places that I’ve gone to in the past and she’s very reasonable. She’s so kind and really cares about her clients! Her salon is so beautiful! You can tell she pours a lot of love into her business. I highly recommend you go see Joleen in New City!!!

I have been a client of Joleen's Beauty Bar in New City, NY for over 7 years, Joleen is a master at her craft and technique. I am a long, thick haired curl girl. Not many I would ever trust to dress my tresses but Joleen has been taking care of my locks with tender care and fine expertise. I walk out with stunning color and perfect cuts.
