We just had NE Tree Service to our property yesterday to remove a giant black walnut tree close to our house, as well as clear out a section of dead trees / invasive vines / overgrowth. The owner, Stacey, came out to initially take a look and get a quote together - she was kind and knowledgeable, understanding we had a budget to work with. We faced a few delays due to weather, which is out of their control. We were able to schedule finally and the crew that handled the removal were all professional and punctual. They did a wonderful job removing everything, and we're kind enough to move back small things from the yard back to where they belonged before they left....read full review
Very professional work. All debris was cleared. They had a clear plan and worked hard to accomplish everything we wanted. Excellent communication as to what we wanted, recommendations and changes that happened along the way. Highly recommend.
I have used NE Tree multiple times in my ten years here and have been consistently pleased with their work. Removing large trees on a steep hill (besides being entertaining for us to watch!) requires great skill and careful attention, and this crew does it right. I would add that both office and crew members communicate well, and that is a big part of successful customer service.
