I want to warn everyone about this business. They are scam artists who try to upsell you into buying a new system.
I recently had this company come out to assess my plumbing. The system is old, and I had already replaced some pipes a few years back. I specifically asked them to check if this was the issue, and they told me the system needed to be replaced because it was exceeded and was low on flow. They quoted me over $20,000 for a new system. Luckily, I got a second opinion from another reputable company. It turns out that even though the system is old, the part that failed was a simple fix, as I had suggested. I hired Lang Enviroment- rotor rooter in narrowsburg ny to clean a partial plugged drain. A woman called and wanted pre payment of the full charge of $567 for the job. I reluctantly paid it to get the job done. A kid showed up a couple hours later with a drain snake and started to snake the drain. After a few minutes he asked me to run my washer and discharge the wash water to the drain. The drain pipe over flowed and dumped several gallons of water on my floor. I started sopping up the water with towels and he went out to his truck to get a shop vac to clean up the water. He comes back 10 minutes later with out the shop vac and tried to shake me down for more money.... read full review
