The first time I went she wasn't sure what I was talking about so i showed her a quick video on how to do what I wanted and she worked her magic and did it EXACTLY how I wanted it! Same thing today! Showed her a snippet of a character from a show and she did the EXACT hairstyle I wanted! She is a hair cutting wizard!
