I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Karl Eng O.D. he thoroughly checked my eyes. And Nick was exceptionally great, he's a wonderful person, and I can say that I am very happy for he working with me. Overall I am recommending Sterling Optical Glasses to anyone searching for people who knows their jobs, and who cares about their clients.

Went here on Monday November 4th 2024 with my mom. I needed new glasses and had to get a new prescription. Made our appointment online, which was easy, although the confirmation email made it to my spam folder, and it took a bit to find what it was. We also chose this place because my insurance covered this place, and I wanted to try another place after being treated poorly at past places. First off, very busy place, and it took about 2 hours total for the whole visit (which was fine, just suggest to not make an appointment if one is in a rush.) I wasn't. but people can be. You will never find better customer service anywhere! They have the friendliest, most helpful staff I’ve ever seen in any establishment. They went above and beyond to address my needs. Nick is awesome.
