This is a small local tight knit security company that is run by good family oriented owners. There are benefits here working for them as opposed to the traditional "big security" firms. They are located in Rockland however the bulk of their sites are in Westchester. They provide the state required training you need and keep you up to date with those requirements. The President John Grasso is a hands on personable/ flexible guy that always has an open "phone" for any assistance. The field management is led by Mr Dominic Ferraro who is a hard working hands on experienced Director/ Supervisor that provides the needed guidance and assistance and is always available. I worked here for 5 years and many of the guards have been here for years. I have nothing but good words for this company in a tough industry where sometimes good words are tough to come by. They treat you fairly as long as you do the same- nothing wrong with that! I was laid off by my Corporation job and CJ was the one that hired me during tough times where nobody was interested in a 55 year old ultra experienced middle management middle age guy. I owe them gratitude for their years of loyalty to me that I know I gave my best to them as well.
