Ross Window Corp provides excellent and professional window replacement work. The company's owner is knowledgeable and patient, conducting initial inspections and discussing options to reduce street noise and improve insulation. The installation crews perform clean, timely, and quality work, resulting in wonderful light and airflow. The process is generally smooth. The company demonstrates complete integrity by taking pride in fulfilling its obligations, as shown when they promptly corrected an installation error at no extra charge. Customers are delighted with the results and pleased with their new windows.
We chose Ross Windows after receiving quotes from several companies. As mentioned in prior reviews, the company's owner himself did the initial inspection and measuring work. He was professional, knowledgeable, and willing to spend time discussing various options that would help reduce street noise in a ground floor apartment and provide good insulation against outdoor temperatures without looking institutional. He was very patient with the time it took for the building's co-op board to approve the proposed work (I wanted a minor design change, and there was a lot of email correspondence and numerous changes of plan before the design I was asking for was cleared for installation...read full review

Install was quick and the windows look really good. Just remember to inspect the work before they leave. Ensure that the seals are neat and well done . If not to your taste they will redo them immediately.
