We chose Ross Windows after receiving quotes from several companies. As mentioned in prior reviews, the company's owner himself did the initial inspection and measuring work. He was professional, knowledgeable, and willing to spend time discussing various options that would help reduce street noise in a ground floor apartment and provide good insulation against outdoor temperatures without looking institutional. He was very patient with the time it took for the building's co-op board to approve the proposed work (I wanted a minor design change, and there was a lot of email correspondence and numerous changes of plan before the design I was asking for was cleared for installation...read full review

We were referred to Ross Windows by a friend who had a positive experience some years back. We found the whole process to be rather smooth, and the crews who took measurements and performed the installation did an excellent job. Install was quick and the windows look really good. Just remember to inspect the work before they leave. Ensure that the seals are neat and well done . If not to your taste they will redo them immediately.
