I have been using this business in the Bronx and most times in this location. They do good tax work and you can contact them beyond the tax season. But the issue I have with their services is that, their fees are not display in the offices. We know that information changes each year and you may have to add more fees. But it would be nice to have known before doing any transaction how much it will be before finalizing the deal. I hate surprises of payments. I was so taken aback by the fact that I had to pay extra because I itemize somethings on my taxes, granted I don't own a house at the moment. But it was as if I owned one.
