My mother recently passed and a dear friend sent a beautiful double orchid. After a few days, it started dropping flowers and two of the leaves yellowed. They said they could not pick it up, but I could bring it to them to be replaced. So I brought it to Mount Vernon and they did not have any orchids to replace it with. So they sent two different orchids as requested. Within a few days, the second white orchid started dropping flowers and the leaves yellowed. I have several orchids and have never had a problem before this. The purple one is doing beautifully! After speaking to the owner's sister, she agreed to replace the second damaged white orchid.

We received a beautiful bouquet of flowers that was outside in the shade before we got home in this terrible heat, and yet, the flowers look great. The bouquet has a large hydrangea which can lack staying power, but it is full and lively after two days. The shape, fullness, and colors are wonderful!! We are thrilled.

First of all the lilies were destroyed by the outer wrapping and seemed discolored. Next the ribbon was poorly tied and looked like it was ripped, instead of cut. In all I will not have my husband order from this place again. I could have went to the corner store and picked a better bunch of flowers. I feel we should get a refund of some sort.
