The room was super clean, beds were comfortable and beautifully decorated. The restaurant was amazing. Breakfast and dinner was delicious and very fresh. I would definitely recommend staying here.
The Emerson resort was absolutely wonderful from the reservation service that I received from Kelly to the staff, Jackie, Kristine, Adrien, Jonathan, Jordan and Emilija! From the moment we checked in we were always greeted with a smile and they were so helpful with anything we needed. The room was beautiful and clean. We also have to say we had a wonderful experience with the spa, and Mitch was excellent. We ate all of our meals at the catamount and the staff there was also so friendly and helpful. I can’t say how grateful I am for the night crew gals, Emilija and Jordan. I came to Emerson as a spa getaway for myself. Going through some very difficult things in life, I was hoping I. Old find some clarity. The girls took the time to talk to me and get to know me, making me feel heard. This was above and beyond their duties. I want them to know how much of a positive impact they made on me, and how much more enjoyable they made the trip. I came to Emerson alone, but didn’t feel alone. Thank you ladies. You made a bigger impact than you know ??
