I went to Jamie this morning because I had a pain on my left hip area and on the front of my right foot. My friend Recommended him so I said I'll try it. I've never gotten acupuncture/deep tissue massage before. I have to say I am so happy I went he is amazing with know about the body and found the right trigger spots. I am a 53 year old female that loves to run. I'm so happy I tried him. Already with one visit I feel great I'm so happy I took my friends advise and went to him. I will use him again and truly recommend him to all my friends. Thanks Daisy

As a life long athelete, I have had a lot of therapeutic massage work done in my life. But I have to say, Jamie is the best practitioner I have ever worked with. Not only is he incredibly nice, but he expertly finds every knot, trigger point, etc. that you have and works them away. Without question, this is the only place I would go to for any kind of massage therapy (I do wish he took insurance, but I understand why he doesn't).
