I initially visited Fred Astaire Mt Kisco on a recommendation of a friend who got into great shape and insisted it was all from dancing. After the first lesson I was captivated. The teachers are exceptionally skilled and inspiring. I consistently see progress. Unexpectedly, I discovered an awesome community at this studio. There are monthly parties and celebrations of personal achievements creating a vibrant social atmosphere. Even after a few months, I have experienced very positive changes, improved posture, more strength and flexibility and weight loss. Most importantly, it's a lot of fun.

Accompanied a friend one day and was given a lesson by one of their amazing instructors…have been taking lessons ever since. The studio promotes an atmosphere of positivity and supports its students in their wellness and dancing goals. Instructors are knowledgeable and patient, creating a program appropriate for all levels.
