Just want DARSCARS Lexus of MtKisco to know how pleased and overwhelming happy I am with their excellent, 5 star service always!! I purchased my RX350 about 6 months ago and had such an incredible experience with the whole staff! I am now due for my service and had a wonderful friendly gentleman come and pick up my car, btw I live about 40 minutes from there, and leave me a Lexus for my convenience! I am Extremely satisfied with all their services and I have never had such impeccable customer service! My husband is jealous because he doesn't get this from his car dealer at all!! I love my new Lexus and love being part of the Lexus family even more!!! Thank you!

Fabulous dealership and Michal Moczulski, sales mgr, is so very connected with the customer. He will do everything he can to satisfy your every need and want, as he did for me when I bought my Lexus ES350 2024. You will be very happy with the overall process from beginning to end!

I have been coming to Lexus of Mt Kisco for several years. Ondrej Basti is great! I have worked with him on several of my maintenance visits and he is always courteous and knowledgeable of my needs. He takes the time to explain and review everything so there are no surprises. If you wait at the dealer like I do, he always makes sure to come out periodically to update you on your car and gives a rough estimate of how much longer it will be.
