I was a little put off by the negative reviews but my insurance plan doesn't give me a lot of options. I had a great experience here. Friendly staff. My glasses were perfect. No complaints at all. I plan to go back next year.

I had an appointment booked for my 11 year old and I to have our contacts checked. There was a new doctor there today. Never in my life have I ever encountered someone so rude. We walked out. Awful! I don't recommend at all.

Employees are rude and unfriendly. I have never gone into an eyeglass store where there are no mirrors! Replaced my glasses 3 times! I had tried them because of the coupons in the paper! MISTAKE! It took 3 weeks to replace the first pair due to ill fitting frames. Second pair could not see out of. I finally did get a third pair! I asked for a copy of my prescription and they gave me a handwritten copy which they went into the back to write! It took 3 people to do this! Don't even know if this is a proper prescription. Would never, ever, recommend them to anyone.
