I broke one of my nose pads while eating lunch at the diner down the road. I stopped in and asked if it was repairable. The girl working said “if I have the part” because it was a Ray Ban frame.
I told her before she started that I did not have cash only a credit card and she said “it’s okay. I won’t charge you for this”
She then spent 10-15 minutes doing the repair and gave them back to me good as new.
So appreciative. Love the small town thoughtfulness of this visit. We need more shopping experiences like this. Putting relationships and people before money.

I was in a bit of a pinch, going out of town, and the nose pad on my glasses fell off. It was extremely uncomfortable. I called and asked if they could help me out even if I did not get the glasses there. The gentlemen said come down and it wouldn't be a problem. The nose pad was unique and hard to find, but he didn't stop trying to find one for me and found a solution. Thank you for your help!

Great store! The new location is very nice with a HUGE selection of glasses. I’m kind of shocked by some reviews saying staff is nasty, they helped me (a very picky person) choose the right glasses for me which took almost an hour! LOL! When we sat down to go over prices every question I asked was answered seamlessly. Very knowledgeable staff. 10/10 would recommend and I will 100% be back.
