We hired Rentals to Go to provide the restroom trailers for our outdoor wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service. From start to finish, they were incredibly easy to work with. Booking was smooth, communication was clear, and we have no complaints whatsoever. The trailers themselves were clean, modern, and perfect for our guests. The man who installed the units was so friendly and did an excellent job making sure everything was level and sturdy on our raw plot of land. We also really appreciated that the trailers came with their own generators and water tanks, which made them perfect for our off-grid setup. Overall, Rentals to Go exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone planning an outdoor wedding or event!
I want to give a huge thank you to Jordan Shute, who provided excellent customer service! Jordan delivered our 2 porta potties at a time when the access to the place for them to be delivered was blocked for about 20 minutes. Jordan was very patient and waited until we were able to get into the drop off point. He also shared information about Rentals to Go and all of the services that they offer. He placed the units right where they needed to be. I highly recommend this business and really appreciate Jordan going above and beyond for us.
We had a fire and they delivered a conex within two hours from the first call. They showed up set it and the way they went. Fast clean professional and very nice to deal with them. Highly recommend this company.
